Scott and Janet first started the conversation with us on a Facebook group page for Wellington, Florida. They had gone through the process earlier with other companies and were left defeated at the market costs. For the location and features they wanted the prices were too high. Now, this was not an affordable structure by any means but our pricing was competitive and the solution was turn key. They needed: 170mph wind rating, galvanized hot dipped coated frame, hurricane engineered helical piers, and the structure to be produced by a reputable manufacturer. Nucor had all of these options.

The market prices were fluctuating heavily during this time resulting in the need to limit features along with rushed timelines to lock in prices. Overall Scott and Janet are very happy not only with their 80x200 building but it’s quality. It survived the tornadoes from hurricane Milton in 2024 with a house on the Windkiss Ranch property nearby being lost during that time.
