Yes! We sell kits. – Constructing the building, garage, or barn yourself may impact the warranty and we recommend verifying this ahead of time with us based on the structure type. Some, not all manufacturers, require for them to construct the building.

Since we do not directly sell the metal buildings from this site Low Price Metal Buildings does not offer any warranty or guarantee on buildings. That warranty will be from the vendor, contractor or manufacturer depending on the company used. However almost all vendors supply a 10, 20, or 30 year warranty as an industry standard.

We do not. You can select one of our structures with a risk category 2 stamp for livable space but we do not do barndominiums or quote projects for that use. Thank you, -
