We recommend Cold Formed as the best building type for: main building spans under 50ft wide, heavy snow loads, and when you need a structure quick. We do not do barndominiums but if you wanted to add a mezzanine to one of the options below and increase the height. This would be your best structure type! Kits available. Insulation, garage doors, and insulation available depending on state. Customer must supply windows and man doors. Not available from supplier. Prices assume 35lb ground snow load and 115mph wind rating or less. As well as 26ga galvalume roof with painted walls and trim.
